ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders must be submitted and confirmed at least 14 days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Larger custom orders may require earlier notice.

Custom orders begin at $350.

SEASONAL COLLECTIONS

Throughout the year, Migaam offers limited seasonal collections for smaller orders, created around select holidays and special occasions. These offerings are announced seasonally and available for a limited time.

TTEOK & HANGWA SELECTION

• $350–$1,000 — choose up to 3 (limited to 2 types of tteok)

• $1,000–$1,500 — choose up to 4 (limited to 2 types of tteok)

• $1,500+ — please inquire directly for curated selections and design

PRICING

Each order is thoughtfully priced as a whole, based on selection, quantity, and presentation. We do not provide individual pricing for items or components.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Cancellations made 30 or more days before pickup are refunded, minus a consultation and date-blocking fee of 10% of the total order amount. Within 30 days of pickup, all orders are final and non-refundable. Changes to quantities, selections, or pickup dates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once an order is confirmed.

PICKUP

Please pick up your order at the confirmed date and time. Due to the freshness and delicate nature of our confections, we're unable to hold orders overnight. Missed pickups are non-refundable.

TTEOK CARE

Our rice cakes are made fresh and best enjoyed the day of pickup. Keep at a cool room temperature until serving — please do not refrigerate, as this will cause the rice cakes to harden.

HANGWA CARE

Hangwa may be kept in a cool, dry place for 3–4 days, or frozen for up to one month for longer storage.

ALLERGENS

Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
